League information and browser storage
The tools use the account username or league IDs you enter to request information from fantasy providers. Depending on the provider and tool, this includes manager names, rosters, league settings, matchups, scores, transactions, and draft or league history. Yahoo roster files and other supported imports are read in your browser; the app does not upload those files to a Fantasy Front Office server.
The app uses localStorage and IndexedDB on your device to remember connection fields, league snapshots, player-data caches, selected views, draft and waiver plans, watchlists, and recommendation feedback. This is local browser storage, not a Fantasy Front Office cloud account. Data may remain until you clear it or your browser removes it. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to access it.
To remove local saves, close the site and use your browser's site settings to clear site data for fantasyfo.com. This removes saved plans and connection information. If you used the old fantasy-front-office.pages.dev address, clear that site's data separately. Clearing browser data does not delete information held by fantasy providers or previously sent support emails.
Third-party requests and hosting
Your browser requests football and league data directly from Sleeper and ESPN, and loads player photos and team logos from their content services. Those services receive your IP address and the requested resource; requests for account or league information include the relevant username or identifier. Their own privacy policies apply: Sleeper and Disney/ESPN.
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site and handles support-email forwarding. Hosting and network services may process IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps, browser information, and operational or security logs. A URL can include a username or league ID. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. Local storage does not mean your use of the site is anonymous.
Shared links
Connection links, including those created by Copy share link, may contain your account username or league ID and selected week. Anyone receiving a link can see those values and may be able to load publicly available league information. Remove the connection parameters or share only https://fantasyfo.com/ if you do not want to share those identifiers.
Support messages
If you email support, your email address, message, and any attachments are forwarded through Cloudflare to the operator's inbox and processed by the inbox provider. They are used to respond, investigate problems, and handle privacy requests, and retained as needed for those purposes or applicable legal obligations. Do not send passwords, session cookies, payment details, or sensitive personal information. Redact other managers' information from screenshots where possible.
Advertising and measurement
Cloudflare automatically adds a Web Analytics beacon to the hosted site to measure page visits and performance. According to Cloudflare's documentation, Web Analytics does not log URL query strings. This is separate from the hosting and security processing described above, which can involve request URLs. Browser privacy tools may block the beacon.
The current site does not load advertising scripts. The Player Analytics tool analyzes football statistics, not visitor behavior. Browser saves are used for app functionality, not advertising profiles. We do not sell your league information or support messages. Before adding advertising or additional tracking, we will update this notice and implement any required consent controls.
Your choices and requests
You can use the site without connecting a league, avoid sharing connection links, and clear local site data. For questions or requests about information sent to support, email support@fantasyfo.com. We may need to verify a request using the sending email address. We cannot delete provider records or remotely clear your device's browser storage; contact the relevant provider for its records.
This site is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us. Updates to this notice will appear here with a revised effective date.
